Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff
spacious room lovely decor great staff
I found the family room fantastic. It provided plenty of space and lovely decor. The food at the pub was AMAZING!!! All the staff were very accommodating. They helped immediately with any issues we had. The bathrooms were newly renovated.
I found the bed could have been a little bigger.

The family room had plenty of space for everyone. The new bathrooms were great and very clean. Staff members were cute and helpful. I appreciated their assistance. Parking was available on site.
The double bed in our room felt a bit small.

Solid Stay Near the Towers
high-quality finish convenient location cute staff
The decor had a high-quality finish and the location proved convenient. The pub across the road offered reasonable prices and a nice atmosphere. Staff ensured my stay was great and very cute, which I appreciated.
The stairs to the rooms are steep especially with luggage.

dusty panels absent breakfast
The absence of breakfast options at the hotel was a bit much. I mean, who doesn't offer breakfast? My room wasn't exactly super clean. There was dust on, well, pretty much everything like the panels and skirts. I almost reminded me of I was contributing to an archeological dig.

big room family room beautiful condition great staff
the family room was really big. it was in beautiful condition and so clean. i also thought the staff were great. the bulls head pub provided tasty food, i liked it.
the room lacked a small fridge, that would have improved the experience. a little convenience matters a lot.

the owner offered free credits on the arcade machine for the children. he even gave out free packets of sweets unexpectedly, it was so nice of him. i will remember this kindness.

the pub menu featured something for everyone. the food available in the evening was tasty and satisfying. i had a lovely meal at the bulls head restaurant, it was a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Restful stopover near alton towers
spacious room restful evening
The room was quite spacious and very comfortable. The quality and finish were really good, i noticed the detail in the decor. It was a great location for a restful evening after visiting alton towers and check out was easy.
Unfortunately, the room lacked a small fridge and bottled water, it would have been a nice addition to the room. The stairs leading to the room were also quite narrow. They could pose a risk for some guests. i think this needs addressing.
